 Meet Dr. Bonacci

What services does Dr. Bonacci offer?

Our office provides full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery, including:

Dental Implants FAQs

Am I a candidate for dental implants?

Most adults with good overall health and stable jawbone structure are candidates. Even if you’ve been told you don’t have enough bone, Dr. Bonacci offers advanced bone grafting options that may still make implants possible.

How long does the dental implant process take?

Treatment time varies based on your needs, but most patients complete the process in 3–6 months. Complex cases or bone grafting may extend healing time up to a year.

Are dental implants painful?

Dr. Bonacci offers IV sedation and local anesthesia to ensure a relaxed, virtually pain-free experience. You will be sent home with pain meds to alleviate your post-procedure pain.

Wisdom Tooth Removal FAQs

Why should I have my wisdom teeth removed?

Impacted or poorly positioned wisdom teeth can lead to infection, cysts, damage to other teeth, and chronic pain. Early removal, typically in the teens or early 20s and before roots have fully grown, prevents many complications.

How long is recovery from wisdom teeth removal?

Most patients feel significantly better within 3–4 days, with full healing occurring over the next few weeks. Dr. Bonacci provides detailed aftercare instructions to speed recovery.

Do you offer IV sedation for wisdom tooth surgery?

Yes. As an oral surgeon, Dr. Bonacci is fully trained and licensed to provide safe IV sedation and general anesthesia for a comfortable surgical experience.

Oral Surgery Sedation FAQs

What types of sedation do you offer?

We offer multiple levels of anesthesia, including:

  • Local anesthesia
  • Oral sedation
  • IV sedation

Your comfort and safety are always our top priority.

Is IV sedation safe?

Absolutely. Dr. Bonacci’s extensive training allows him to safely administer and monitor IV sedation in-office. Every procedure is tailored to your medical needs and comfort level.

Dental Bone Grafting FAQs

What is bone grafting?

Bone grafting rebuilds missing or weakened bone to support dental implants. It’s commonly needed after tooth loss or infection.

Do all implant patients need a bone graft?

Not always. We use advanced 3D imaging to determine whether bone grafting will improve implant stability and long-term success.

Insurance & Financing

Do you accept dental and medical insurance?

We accept all insurances and submit the claims on your behalf and work the claims to ensure your insurance pays what the poicy allows for both medical and dental policies.  We don’t participate with any insurance companies because the reimbursements are so low we would no longer be able to provide the highest level of surgery and service.  We will always maintain the highest ethics and morals when caring for your and your loved ones.

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely!  We understand that oral surgey is a costly procedure.  We present many payment options at your consultation visit so that everything is clearly understood on the day of surgery.
